Welcome to the 100% Winning Game (hereinafter “Game”) of La Cave de Genève SA! Before participating in our Game and winning one of our fabulous prizes, please read carefully the terms and conditions of participation below. By participating in the Game, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Game, you must be of legal age and domiciled in Switzerland, have internet access and a valid email address. Only one participation per person (same first name, last name and same email address) is authorised for the entire duration of the Game.
2. Duration of the Game
The Game will start on 30 October 2025 at 2 p.m. (Swiss local time) and will end on 13 November 2025 at 8 p.m. (Swiss local time).
All applications received after the end of the duration of the Game will not be taken into account.
3. Participation in the Game
To validate your participation in the Game, you must indicate your first name, last name and email address, confirm that you are of legal age and accept the terms and conditions of participation.
Employees of La Cave de Genève SA, winegrowers and their families are not authorised to participate.
4. Prizes in the Game
All participants are guaranteed to win one of the prizes offered. However, please note that the prizes are not exchangeable or convertible into cash or other goods. You can come and collect your prizes from 30 October 2 p.m. to 13 November 8 p.m 2025., at the Expovina Weinschiffe, aboard the MS Limmat boat, stand 308, and with your confirmation email.
The prizes include:
- 1 tasting and visit of La Cave de Genève for 8 people
- 1 voucher for 11 bottles + 1 free (the cheapest bottle is free and cannot be combined with other offers)
- 1 magnum of Grande Cuvée 150cl
- 1 dropstop with a CHF 10.- promo code for purchases over CHF 50.-, to be used on our website www.cavedegeneve.ch or at our stand
- 1 bottle cooler
- 1 corkscrew)
* The least expensive bottles will be offered. Non-cumulative.
5. Notification of the winners
The prizes will be awarded randomly among all participants.
The winners will be immediately notified by email to the address provided when they participated.
The winners must collect their prize within the specific time period mentioned in the terms and conditions of the prize won. In the event of non-collection within the deadlines, the prize will no longer be recoverable.
6. Confidentiality of personal data
Participants’ personal data will be kept by La Cave de Genève SA for the period indicated in the Data Protection Statement for La Cave de Genève SA available at www.cavedegeneve.ch.
By participating in the Game, you agree to receive promotional communications from La Cave de Genève SA. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe button or by email to info@cavedegeneve.ch.
7. General
La Cave de Genève SA reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Game at any time, at its sole discretion.
The decisions of La Cave de Genève SA regarding the Game, including the selected winners, are final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
8. Swiss law
The Game is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
